Fast Church Websites provides free support that is directly related to the operation and hosting of services used by the primary Church account holder only.

The primary account holder is should always submit a “Support Request Form” in order to receive technical support however we are available by telephone by calling: (559)892-0962 if lines are busy or we are unable to receive your call you are encouraged to leave a detailed voice message.  Our free support does not cover issues with regard to third party applications that are not already incorporated into our web site design, debugging of scripts or other web site issues not directly related to your Church hosting account.

Our support team is always pleased to assist in a reasonable manner with support that is not directly related however, we reserve the right to charge a fee for items that are classified as 'Extended support' and are not part of our standard support.

Free Support Services

• Assistance with basic operation of Church website administrative area
• Modifications to name DNS (name server) settings.

Extended Support Services

• Setup or configuration of services not provided as a part of your Church website hosting account.
• Setup or configuration of Joomla modules/components not currently operational or modification of existing modules/components.
• Software or hardware issues on your computer.
• Unreasonable and repeated assistance in the operation of the website.
• Repeated assistance with the same issue once initially resolved or task completed.
• Trouble shooting problems not directly related to our current products/services.

We will always work to resolve any support issue in less than 24 hours after submission.  In most cases support issues can be resolved by phone or via our support request form within hours.   Increased response and resolution delays may be experienced in times of increased workload, peak times, server issues, or where your particular issue requires escalation/clarification.

Emergency Support

As reflected in our security section, Fast Church Websites servers are constantly monitored by our upstream provider to ensure that they are running normally and their connection to the internet is being maintained.  If ever a server or services become unavailable or lose connectivity to the internet, they are immediately paged and we are usually working on a solution before you are even aware of a problem.

Updates to Support Policy

We may update this support policy from time to time without notice to you. Please check our web site for the most current version of the support policy. The newest version of the support policy takes effect immediately.
