The primary account holder is should always submit a “Support Request Form” in order to receive technical support however we are available by telephone by calling: (559)892-0962 if lines are busy or we are unable to receive your call you are encouraged to leave a detailed voice message. Our free support does not cover issues with regard to third party applications that are not already incorporated into our web site design, debugging of scripts or other web site issues not directly related to your Church hosting account.
Extended Support Services
We will always work to resolve any support issue in less than 24 hours after submission. In most cases support issues can be resolved by phone or via our support request form within hours. Increased response and resolution delays may be experienced in times of increased workload, peak times, server issues, or where your particular issue requires escalation/clarification.
